Sportsheets Divine Diva Plus Size Strap-On and Colours Wave Pride Edition 6-inch Dildo Review
My partner and I were super eager to get this product in the mail. We had never used a strap-on before, mostly due to us both being plus sized and having difficulties finding one that fit well. That, and with me in a wheelchair due to cerebral palsy and having 2 ostomy bags on my abdomen. It has been like a scavenger hunt with no winner. Thank goodness the sex fairies at Betty’s Toy Box had a solution: The Sportsheets Divine Diva Plus-Size Strap-On Harness. Finally, my scavenger hunt is finished! First, let me tell you a little about this nifty device:
The Sportsheets Divine Diva Plus-Size Strap-On Harness is a comfortable harness made of plus fabric and nylon. The harness is designed for plus sized folks and is able to fit up to 82” hips. The straps are very adjustable and will not pinch or slip. There are 3 snaps in the front of the strap-on that are easy to open and close to hold the enclosed o-rings (that fit a wide variety of dildos with a flared base). The best part about this strap-on is that it has a special padded back support, which is extremely comfortable. Even the front holder is padded with this special material to make thrusting comfortable on the wearer. Talk about a strap-on that is like a pillow!
One of the first things I did after taking it out of the package was adjusted the straps. There are 2 sets of straps: two for the hips and two for the thighs. You can easily figure out them because they are different sizes. This would be great for someone with limited vision, as you can feel which one you are adjusting. Once they were adjusted, the strap-on was very easy to step into.
Being in a wheelchair, I adjusted the strap-on to get it up enough to where I could easily wiggle my butt and hips enough to get it up enough. Surprisingly, this was very easy. Anyone who uses a wheelchair due to a disability will greatly appreciate this! I also put it on while on my forearm crutches and that too was very easy. You just adjust the straps a little bit, step into the harness, and pull it up. Easy peazy. For anyone with an ostomy bag, this plus-sized harness with be a great option because it doesn't pinch the ostomy bag in any way. I adjusted and lifted the harness up and it never made my ostomy bags pop off or pinch them.
As far as the 3 snaps that hold the O ring and dildo, they were a little hard to open and close at first, but once I opened them repeatedly, they loosened up enough to snap with one hand while holding the dildo with the other. Once everything was set up, it was fun time!
Which brings me to the other product in this review: The Colours Wave Pride Edition 6” Silicone Dildo. Both my girlfriend and I LOVED this dildo for a variety of reasons:
- It was non-realistic, which is a plus for anyone who has suffered trauma.
- The wave shape was perfect for hitting the G-spot easily
- The silicone material was soft and very flexible.
- The wide flared base was easy for someone with limited hand function to hold onto if using for solo play.
- The Pride colors made it fun!
I especially liked that the material was 100% flexible silicone, because stiffer dildos aggravate my vulvodynia and make me sore and swollen for days. This one never did that. I also liked that there was a suction cup base for a fun time in the shower! Now you can squeaky clean and have fun too! Both my girlfriend and I give this dildo 2 thumbs up for quality, style, and of course the color. Show your pride and have fun at the same time!
